my work values and ethics
The balance between my life + work is extremely important. The minimum time required is lengthy because I am taking into consideration my livelihood + VStreamer activities as well. Rush Orders may require me to push back IRL commitments + VStreamer activities. This is why Rush Orders are not guaranteed to be accepted by me and I charge x2 of the Full Price for Rush Orders.
I am always open to improving my services and quality of work. If you would like to leave me feedback after the commission has been completed, please fill out the following form.
I do not support NFTs nor AI generated images. I believe that there should be legal and ethical groundwork to protect artists and their artwork from NFTs and AI generated images. Although I understand that AI generated images could be useful as merely references, due to the lack of legal and ethical groundwork, I do not support its use in this case either as of current.
If you are suddenly facing a difficult financial situation, please let me know. I will make case-by-case exceptions for partial-refunds.
› Please be aware that any losses incurred in the conversion from USD to your currency is not my legal responsibility.
› Once a request for a partial-refund has been initiated, I will no longer work on the commission unless you revoke the request before I issue the refund back to you.
› If I have already issued the partial-refund back to you, the commission status will be considered complete under the new agreement.
› The time in which the commission has been put on pause during the request is not included in the agreed upon time to completion. Please see the example below to see what this entails.

a) The agreement was to complete the commission in 1 Month, but you requested a partial refund.

The legal responsibility of using my content is on the user and does not reflect my own personal intent/thought.
You must give credit to one of my social medias on a permanent section of where you are using my artwork, as long as the artwork is being used.
